Designed 2005 with Nick Milkovich Architects, MCM and DYSarchitecture
The building mass is a simple, dynamic, spiral form, with the same triangular floor plate from the bottom to the top with a gradual rotation. The Residences will be located above the hotel, capturing some of the most inspiring views the city has to offer and providing a dramatic edition to Vancouver's unique downtown skyline.
